Canare TCD-3151D Crimp Die Set

Canare TCD-3151D interchangeable crimping dies for BP, TNP, NP, SP, SJ, SMAP, and SMAJ series connectors with C31 and C51 suffixes. They are designed to be used with Canare TC-1 crimping pliers.

The Canare TCD-3151D crimping jaws are a replacement part for the Canare TC-1 crimping pliers—they are not the pliers themselves. The jaws are inserted into the pliers’ body and determine which connectors can be crimped with them.

The TCD-3151D covers Canare connectors with the C31 and C51 suffixes across the following series: BP and BP-LC, TNP and TNP-LC, NP, SP, SJ, SMAP, and SMAJ. The complete list is provided in the specifications.

A crimped connection is faster than soldering and produces consistent results even without an experienced hand—there’s no need for solder, a power source, or waiting for the tip to heat up. The jaws have a square cavity for the center contact and a hexagonal one for the connector’s crimp sleeve.
