The Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 E and Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 Z are both fast, sharp, and versatile portrait lenses with a large maximum aperture of f/1.2.

With both lenses or either you can create beautiful bokeh and isolate your subject from the background. These lenses also feature a new STM stepping motor for fast, accurate, and silent autofocus, making them ideal for capturing fleeting moments.

They have a weather-sealed construction, so can use them in any environment.

However, there are some key differences between the two lenses:

• Mount: The Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 E is designed for Sony E-mount cameras, while the Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 Z is designed for Nikon Z-mount cameras.
• Minimum focus distance: The Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 E has a minimum focus distance of 0.88 meters, while the Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 Z has a minimum focus distance of 0.8 meters.
• Weight: The Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 E weighs 560 grams, while the Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 Z weighs 580 grams.

In addition to these differences, there are also some minor differences in the optical construction of the two lenses.

The Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 E has 16 elements in 11 groups, while the Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 Z has 17 elements in 12 groups.

The Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 E also has a slightly different diaphragm design, with 9 rounded diaphragm blades compared to the 10 rounded diaphragm blades of the Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 Z.

Ultimately, the best lens for you will depend on your specific needs and budget.

If you have a Sony E-mount camera and are looking for a fast, sharp, and affordable portrait lens, the Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 E is a great option. If you have a Nikon Z-mount camera and are willing to spend a little more money, the Viltrox AF 75/F1.2 Z is a good choice.
