Sennheiser Half Wave Dipole (S) rod antennas

The Sennheiser Half Wave Dipole (S) is a pair of half-wave rod antennas for Evolution Wireless Digital (EW-D) receivers operating in the S band, i.e. 606–694 MHz. The omnidirectional, vertically polarised dipoles offer a typical gain of +2 dBi and 50 Ω impedance and connect via BNC. The pack contains two antennas, each rated for up to 2 W.

The omnidirectional radiation pattern picks up the transmitter signal regardless of the direction it comes from.

The long version for the S band measures 8.5 × 338.1 mm and operates from −10 to +55 °C.
