At just 3 inches tall, Mevo Start is small enough to keep with you at all times. Its slim profile allows you to set up and record from just about anywhere.

Three digital MEMS mics with high signal-to-noise ratio ensure you always sound your best.

Directly connect external gear via 3.5 mm port on the back. Works with line level and microphone audio inputs. Fraunhofer upHear® Spatial Microphone Processing will automatically optimize and synch sounds for better audio.

Thanks to NDI|HX ® support, Mevo Start is open and allows you to connect the video input to your favorite video mixers including OBS, NewTek Tricaster, Wirecast, Vmix and many others. Mevo Start also supports direct connection Livestream Studio.

The camera supports streaming in HD up to 1080p30 (H.264, HEVC; some target platforms may only support 720p, e.g. Periscope, Twitter) and with AAC audio, while simultaneously recording 1080p video to an SD card! In addition, thanks to the high quality HDR image sensor with larger pixel size (2.9 um), the camera is able to produce very good images even in low light conditions. The standard thread (5/8"-27 plus reduction to 1/4-20 UNC and 3/8"-16) allows the use of any tripod.

The camera is equipped with a trio of high quality digital microphones with a high signal-to-noise ratio, plus it is possible to connect external audio sources via the 3.5mm connector on the rear panel. The audio input supports both line and microphone level, and Fraunhofer's upHear Spatial Microphone Processing technology is also available for automatic audio optimization.

With support for NDI|HX technology, the camera can also be used in conjunction with a range of professional overheads, incl. NewTek Tricaster, Wirecast, Vmix, and of course direct support for Livestream Studio
