Important Reminder: Proper Labeling for Returns

We've noticed a recurring issue with returned goods that delays processing: missing or unclear labeling on the outer box.
To ensure fast, efficient handling—whether it's an RMA, return by arrangement, returned loan, or any other type - please clearly label the box exterior with:

• Product name (e.g., "BRAND Switcher Model XYZ")
• Serial number (in large, visible letters)
• Return type (e.g., "RMA #12345", "Return by arrangement" or "Loan Return")

Use bold markers, printed labels, or stickers—at least 5cm tall for easy visibility. This helps our team quickly identify and process your shipment without unpacking delays.
