LUMIX Cashback Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Register your LUMIX S5M2*, S5M2X*, S9*, TZ300* series camera and selected LUMIX S lenses purchased from one of the participating retailers and receive cashback of up to 400 €.

Promotion period (purchase period): Eligible products must be purchased between 20 August 2026 and 13 November 2026.

Claim period: Cashback claims can only be submitted online from 19 September 2026 to 15 January 2027, provided that at least 30 calendar days have elapsed since the purchase date shown on the proof of purchase.

1. PROMOTER

The LUMIX Cashback Promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is organised by Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, Hagenauer Str. 43, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany (hereinafter the “Promoter”).

2. PARTICIPANTS

2.1. The Promotion is open to residents of the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Croatia (“Participating Countries”).

2.2. Participants must be over 18 years of age (“Participant”). Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, their family members, representatives and other persons directly involved in this promotion are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is intended only for participants purchasing for their own use, i.e. end users. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or exclude participants at its sole discretion at any time and for any reason. Retailers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. Registration and submission of claims by participating retailers, employees of participating retailers and their families is not permitted.

2.3. To participate in this promotion, the Participant must purchase a LUMIX S5M2*, S5M2X*, S9*, TZ300* series camera from a participating retailer (“Participating Retailer”) in one of the Participating Countries during the Promotion Period and register these products in accordance with these terms on the registration page operated by our partner Benamic, IDA Business & Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland (“Benamic”), and provide the required information specified in section 4. A list of all Participating Retailers is provided in Appendix 2. Please also check with your local retailer whether they are participating in this promotion.

2.4. All eligible products must be new and genuine Panasonic products. Purchases of used, second-hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, products imported from outside a Participating Country, or products that are counterfeit or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of the Panasonic group of companies are not eligible for this promotion. The Promoter will not accept claims relating to products purchased on eBay, whether listed as new or used.

3. CASHBACK

3.1. By participating in this promotion, the Participant will receive cashback of up to 400 € for each eligible product, depending on the model number. The specific cashback amount is stated in the table in Appendix 1 (“Eligible Products and Cashback Amounts”).

3.2. The Cashback offered as part of this promotion is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash or credit alternative is available. Payment of Cashback through the Participating Retailer is expressly prohibited. Duplicate Cashback claims are not permitted.

3.3. During the Promotion Period, a maximum of 5 eligible products may be claimed per Participant. Only one claim may be made per eligible product.

3.4. If the payment of the cashback constitutes taxable income, the Participant is responsible for any tax liability. If your bank charges you any fees, such fees will therefore be deducted by your bank from the cashback amount.

3.5. Cashback will be transferred within 30 days of verification of the claim.

4. CLAIM PROCEDURE

4.1. To claim cashback, the Participant simply needs to register the eligible product online on the registration page operated by Benamic at:

4.2. Claims relating to eligible products purchased before or after the Promotion Period will be considered invalid.

4.3. To receive cashback, the Participant must provide the following mandatory information on the registration page referred to in section 4.1:

  1. Personal details (title, full name, postal address, country of residence, e-mail address, telephone number)
  2. Product details (product name, sales channel, store name, country of purchase, purchase date, serial number of eligible products)

The Participant will also be required to upload a copy of the invoice or receipt together with a clear photograph of the product serial number and the barcode printed on the cardboard box.

Customers who purchase a Lumix TZ300 series camera must complete a short questionnaire as part of the cashback claim process.

Claims that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for cashback.

  1. An invoice showing the name of the Participating Retailer, the purchase date and the product model number.
  2. Bank details

4.4. Once the Participant has registered, they will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the claim. Each cashback claim is limited to one use and cannot be combined with any other promotional voucher or cashback offer on eligible products.

4.5. The period during which a claim may be submitted is referred to as the “Claim Period”. Claims submitted before or after this period, or where a full 30 calendar days have not elapsed between the purchase date and the claim submission date, will not be accepted under this promotion. The Participant must ensure that the proof of purchase contains the name of the purchased product (model number), store name and purchase date.

4.6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical failures, hardware, software, server or website failures, or other failures or damage of any kind if such circumstances prevent or otherwise hinder the Participant from taking part in this promotion. If online registration is not possible for technical reasons, our support team is available at Panasonic@promotion-support.com.

4.7. Claims submitted by fax, telephone, e-mail or post will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms or questionnaires will be considered invalid, as will claim forms that have not been completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4.8. The Participant’s claim will be verified by Benamic in accordance with these terms. Claims are not valid if eligible products are returned to the Participating Retailer and the Participant exchanges the eligible product or receives a full refund. In such cases, the Promoter shall be entitled to request repayment of any cashback already paid.

4.9. The Promoter will not process a claim if the Participant fails to provide a valid copy of the proof of purchase, the product serial number and a photograph of the serial number and barcode.

4.10. If the Participant returns an eligible product to the Participating Retailer, they will not be entitled to cashback and any claim will subsequently be rejected. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not restrict the Participant’s right to exercise any applicable statutory or warranty rights.

4.11. If an eligible product is returned, cancelled or refunded by the retailer, the Participant agrees to repay to the Promoter and/or Benamic any cashback amount received without entitlement.

4.12. Participation in the promotion requires that the product remains in the Participant’s possession at the time the cashback claim is submitted.

5. DATA PROTECTION

5.1. The data controller is the Promoter, Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, Hagenauer Str. 43, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany, data_protection@eu.panasonic.com.

5.2. The Promoter will comply with the applicable statutory provisions on data protection. The Promoter’s Privacy Notice applies and is available at:

5.3. Personal data will be collected and processed by Benamic on behalf of the Promoter. Benamic will comply with the applicable statutory provisions on data protection. The data collected includes personal data, product data and bank details as specified in section 4.3.

5.4. Purpose of data collection: Data will be collected, processed and stored by Benamic solely for the purpose of administering this promotion. For the registration of an eligible product with the Promoter or for e-mail marketing by the Promoter, data will be collected by the Promoter if the Participant has consented to this during registration. If the Participant has consented to e-mail marketing, the personal data specified in section 4.3 will also be collected, processed and stored for this purpose. Existing customer data will be compared and updated based on the information provided as part of this promotion.

5.5. For the purpose of administering the promotion, the processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Processing of personal data for e-mail marketing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5.6. No personal data of the Participant will be transferred to or made available to third parties for their use without the Participant’s consent. This does not apply to third parties, including agencies, that have been commissioned to administer this promotion and that will collect, store and use the data for the purpose of administering this promotion. These third parties comply with the GDPR and have implemented the necessary security measures as agreed in writing with the Promoter and have entered into data processing agreements.

5.7. Participants’ personal data will be retained by Benamic for as long as necessary to comply with legal requirements and for legal purposes and will be deleted no later than 12 months after the end of the promotion.

5.8. The Participant may withdraw their consent to e-mail marketing and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Consent may be withdrawn by clicking the “Newsletter Subscription Management Centre” link included in every newsletter e-mail, through the “My Panasonic” account or by contacting the Promoter at data_protection@eu.panasonic.com.

5.9. The Participant has the right at any time to obtain free information about their stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, and, where applicable, the right to have such data corrected, blocked or deleted in accordance with applicable law, by sending a request to data_protection@eu.panasonic.com.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1. By submitting a cashback claim, Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

6.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims in order to protect against fraudulent, invalid or duplicate claims, including, without limitation, the right to require the Participant to prove that they have not returned the eligible product within 30 days of the delivery date. Participation or claims submitted in good faith or fraudulently, or which otherwise do not comply with these terms, will be declared invalid.

6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion and to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.

6.4. In order to detect fraudulent claims, the Promoter reserves the right to cross-check returned products with the relevant participating retailers against claims received. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend payment of cashback where a fraudulent or ineligible claim is suspected.

6.5. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, except for the promotion “ ” for the extended warranty on Lumix cameras.

6.6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding international conflict-of-law rules, in particular the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the local law of the federal state in which the Participant has their habitual residence remain unaffected and, in the event of conflict with German law, shall prevail. The courts in Wiesbaden, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes or claims arising from or in connection with this promotion.

6.7. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
