The Tilta MB-T12-125 is a precision clamp-on adapter that allows the Tilta 4×5.65″ MB-T12 Carbon Fiber Matte Box to securely attach to any lens with a 125 mm outer barrel diameter (common on many anamorphic, large-format, and cinema zoom lenses). Machined from aluminum and stainless steel with a tool-free thumbscrew clamp and keyhole-slot mounting, it provides a rock-solid, zero-play connection for professional matte box performance.

Designed specifically for the lightweight MB-T12 matte box, the MB-T12-125 adapter converts the matte box from 100/110/114 mm clamp-on or rod-mounted use to direct clamp-on mounting on 125 mm front-diameter lenses (e.g., ARRI Signature Primes, Atlas Orion 1.6×, Cooke Anamorphic/i FF 135 mm T2.3, Angénieux Optimo zooms, etc.). The rectangular outer frame slides into the matte box’s keyhole slots and locks with captive thumbscrews, while the circular inner clamp tightens evenly via a large knurled thumbscrew for fast, secure attachment without tools.
