The Tilta TA-T21-FCC-B Full Camera Cage for Panasonic BGH1 and BS1H features a minimalist, front-of-camera design that delivers robust accessory mounting while maintaining a lightweight, compact profile. Equipped with multiple cold shoes, NATO rails, ARRI rosettes and anti-twist mounting points, this cage is ideal for gimbal, handheld and compact cinema setups requiring maximum flexibility without added bulk.
The Tilta Full Camera Cage for Panasonic BGH1 and BS1H is designed to provide essential protection and extensive mounting options while preserving the small form factor of these box-style cinema cameras. The cage attaches primarily around the front of the camera, resulting in a sleek and lightweight design that is especially well-suited for gimbal use and compact rigs.
Despite its minimalist footprint, the cage offers a wide array of professional mounting options. Three cold shoe mounts are integrated into the top and both side arms for attaching top handles, microphones, or wireless transmitters. Each side arm also features a NATO rail, an ARRI-standard M6 rosette for handgrips, and ARRI 3/8"-16 anti-twist threads for secure accessory mounting. Additional 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads are distributed throughout the cage, along with seven tripod mounting points to allow optimal camera positioning and balance.
An included adapter enables compatibility with Tilta’s optional 15mm LWS baseplate, expanding the rig to support rod-based accessories such as matte boxes and follow focus systems. Constructed from aluminum and steel, the cage balances durability with a lightweight build, making it an excellent solution for both studio and mobile production environments.
