The card is compatible with the Sony a1, a9 III, a7S III, a7 IV, a7R V and the FX3, FX5, FX6 and FX30 cameras — wherever the body offers a CFexpress Type A slot. It records video in the highest profiles these bodies support, including 4K 120p and All-Intra.

VPG 200 certification guarantees a minimum write of 200 MB/s for the whole recording; the 240 GB version sustains 400 MB/s. Adaptive Thermal Control™ stops the card throttling on long shoots, SuperCruise™ keeps the write speed stable and RAID ECC can rebuild even severely corrupted data.
Fast offloads, longer battery life
PCIe 3.0 with NVMe delivers 800 MB/s read, so a full card is in the edit suite in minutes. Smartstream™ balances performance and power draw during long recordings so the card does not drain the body. Exascend backs it with a limited lifetime warranty and factory data recovery if footage is deleted by mistake or the card gets formatted.

Optimized for professional photography and cinematography, the 240GB Essential Series CFexpress Type A Memory Card from Exascend is certified for 8K raw video and features patented technologies to help ensure high stability without dropping frames. Utilizing 3D TLC flash memory, this 240GB CFexpress Type A card works with compatible camera systems to deliver sequential read speeds of up to 800 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 700 MB/s through the PCIe 3.0 / NVMe 1.4 interface. It is also resistant to shock, vibration, and magnets.
Designed for high endurance, this card also has a 2 million hour MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) rating and an UBER (Uncorrectable Bit Error Rate) of <1 sector per 1017 bits read. It is protected by a limited 5-year warranty unless it reaches its max Total Bytes Written (TBW) rating of 150TB first.
