Tilta’s TA-T08-B Kit B strikes the perfect balance between minimalism and expandability for RED KOMODO owners. The heart of the kit is the Tactical Gray Full Camera Cage, precision-machined from aluminum with full side panels, a top plate (cold shoe + threads), and a bottom plate loaded with 1/4"-20 threads for perfect gimbal balancing. Four ARRI-standard M6 rosettes (two per side) allow native attachment of wooden or advanced side handles. The quick-release rotating top handle mounts tool-free to the cage’s top plate and offers front/rear cold shoes plus multiple 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 points. The adjustable cold-shoe bracket provides 180° tilt with a padded, lipped platform for monitors or EVFs. Rounding out the kit are both a Manfrotto-style and Arca-Swiss dovetail plates for instant tripod/gimbal swaps.
