The Tilta Camera Cage Pro Kit for Sony BURANO is engineered to serve as a complete foundation for professional cinema setups. At the core of the kit is a full camera cage that provides protective armor for the BURANO while significantly expanding its mounting capabilities. The cage features multiple ARRI-standard rosettes positioned to match the original camera body, ensuring seamless compatibility with Sony’s native control handle, along with numerous 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating points for secure accessory mounting.

Designed for maximum configurability, the cage includes a side mounting plate with adjustable height and angle, ideal for attaching wireless video transmitters or other accessories. A dedicated 15mm LWS baseplate and dual 15mm rods enable the use of rod-based accessories such as matte boxes, follow focus systems, and lens supports, while the baseplate integrates with Tilta dovetail systems and supports standard tripod mounting. The top plate accommodates both the included top handle and the camera’s original handle, offering improved handling and additional mounting points.

For enhanced monitoring flexibility, the kit includes a rotatable EVF bracket that mounts via a 15mm rod holder, allowing precise tilting and rotation of the electronic viewfinder. Power is expanded through the included Gold Mount battery plate, which adapts the BURANO’s original V-Mount interface and provides multiple professional power outputs, supporting both the camera and a wide range of accessories.
