The Sony CA-FB70 is an adapter that allows you to connect the HXC-D70 studio camera and PMW-320/350/500 camcorders with an optical cable to the HXCU-FB70

CCU. From the CCU, the HXC-D70 and PMW-320/350/500* can be controlled over a distance of 250m, including tally, intercom, video return and readout facilities.

* to connect the CA-FB70 or CA-TX70 to the PMW-500, the CBK-HD02

add-on module is required
