Valid for 24 months from activation, this plan covers accidental damage that is not included under the standard manufacturer’s warranty, including collisions, drops, and water exposure.
With DJI Care Refresh, you are entitled to up to four replacement units over the two-year period, each available for a small additional replacement fee. All replacement products provided by DJI are brand new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability, ensuring consistent operation and professional results.
The plan can be activated for a new, unactivated DJI RS 3 or for a device that has been activated within the last 30 days. DJI Care Refresh is tied to the specific serial number of your gimbal and is valid only within the EU region. For extended peace of mind, users also have the option to extend coverage by purchasing an additional one-year plan, allowing protection for up to three years in total.
