Complaints and servicing of Panasonic cameras is carried out directly with the manufacturer, i.e. the camera must first be registered here: https://business.panasonic.co.uk/service/ and then service can be conveniently ordered there.

In the case of warranty service, a DHL courier will pick up the camera at the agreed time at the specified address and deliver it back after repair, all at the manufacturer's expense.
